We are thinking about hosting a Prep, Freeze, Cook event at the library (okay, it will be at the Community Building, but the library would host it). Participants would help make 10 freezer meals to take home at the end of the night! Each meal would serve approximately 5 people. The cost would be around $150.
There are lots of meal options to choose from and we will choose and publish the menu once we get it finalized. We will try to accommodate as many of the dietary options out there as we can (gluten-free, keto, vegetarian, kid-friendly, paleo, etc.)
What we want to know is would we have enough interest to do this? We need at least 10 participants to make it happen. Let us know at the library-(309) 747-2284.
